I’m a holistic health and life coach and burnout expert helping women in the 20s grow & heal into their healthiest and happiest lives. In 2021, I collapsed from exhaustion and was hospitalized due to burnout from my career, relationships, and self-criticism.... I was bed bound for 3 months until I decided to start my healing journey. In 6 months, I healed myself from burnout in mind, body, and spirit.
