  • Twelve 60 minute 1:1 calls with Mariella

    3 hour long monthly sessions where burnout expert, Mariella, will guide you through her 5-step breakup plan to ditch burnout and stress. These sessions are educational, transformational, and individualized

  • 12 weeks of personalized action steps in every dimension of wellness to level up

    After every 1:1 session, clients will receive a list of action steps, or "homework" for the week with accountability built in to assure client success. All action steps are personalized for the client's journey, goals, and prefernces

  • Constant Contact via Whatsapp between sessions

    Clients are able to communicate with their coach between sessions to ask questions, work through rising challenges, celebrate wins, and keep them on track to success

  • Techniques you haven't tired that actually work

4 years coaching, 8 years in the health & wellness Industry 

2 years and half years ago, I collapsed from burnout and woke up in the ER. My entire life changed overnight. I went from being very athletic, ambitious, high-achievier to being bedridden, exhausted, and chronically ill. However, it honestly wasn’t a surprise. I had gone through a tough breakup, cross-country move, and suffered several infections and toxic overloads causing so much stress and overwhelm in my system my body shut down.

 

Before my collapse, I had acne for the first time in my life, had dozens of food intolerances, couldn’t sleep through the night, was over-exercising and was a perfectionist that lived her life to please others. I was so stressed my cortisol was through the roof, I had gut problems, nausea, headaches, and blood sugar issues. I was also so anxious I couldn’t go anywhere by myself, or I’d have anxiety attacks.

 

I no longer cared about the work I was missing, money I wasn't making, heart palpitations, anxiety, or what other people would think of me. All I cared about was dedicating the rest of my life to NEVER feeling that way again.

 

My personal burnout was one of the more complex cases. Within 3 months, I was out of my bed, and within 6 I was a better version of myself than before, all from focusing on the foundations of holistic health, nervous system regulation, stress management, and mindset work.
